Ingredients
- 100 grams bacon in strips of cubes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 or 2 dessertspoon(s) of oil
- 750 grams Adora
- (sea)salt
- freshly-milled black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2 dessertspoons of butter
- 1 egg-yolk
- 200 grams soft curd cheese
- 1 cup of whipping cream (125 ml)

a frying pan and an oval oven-dish.
Preparation

approx. 25 minutes, baking time: approx. 1 hour.
Pre-heat the oven to 175° C. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them
into thin slices. Dry them for a moment in a tea-towel and keep them in
there (otherwise the potatoes will discolour). Cut the onion in thin rings.
Peel one clove of garlic and chop it. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry
the bacon and onion softly for about 4 minutes, stir it from time to time. |
